Ethical Behavior & Insider Trading
A multi-national public company needed to standardize its global purchasing practices as well as train employees about the company’s stringent guidelines on ethical behavior. Inside Counsel required a tool to educate all employees, from secretaries to the CEO, about the rules and the dangers of insider trading. Our assessment identified that a cooperative budget between Purchasing and Law would yield an efficient and cost effective solution. One production and shoot budget was shared between the departments and both programs were shot in one day.
Bottom line
Each department received a more robust, higher quality training program than their individual budgets would have allowed.
Continuing Return On Investment
Digital, non-linear editing coupled with our robust media storage made both training programs evergreen. Each program can be cost effectively updated as policies and laws change.
